About Reject Average
What started as a simple idea among friends has grown into something far bigger. For nearly a decade, Reject Average operated as a private nonprofit club built on one belief: life is too short to settle for average. Founder Brant Pinvidic, a successful TV producer and relentless experience collector, spent years organizing executive adventures for a community who shared his obsession with living fully. Jet skiing to Catalina, snowbiking in Whistler, shark diving in Guadalupe After completing more than 500 adventures across 73 countries and sharing nearly 200 of them with members, one thing became clear: the world needed honest, tested, curated travel information that actually tells you what's worth your time.
That realization gave birth to Reject Average Magazine. This isn't a corporate travel publication filled with sponsored fluff and advertorial destinations. This is passion put onto paper. A magazine built by someone who has actually been there, done that, and knows the difference between hype and real experience. Every destination, adventure, and recommendation is measured by our proprietary FAVE Score system, rating experiences on Fun, Adventure, Value, and Ease so you know exactly what you're signing up for. Reject Average Magazine exists to inspire you to collect experiences, pursue enjoyment relentlessly, and design a life where adventure isn't a break from reality. It's the foundation of it.
