Welcome to Oslo
Norway is country number five on our 52 countries in 52 weeks great global adventure, and we found a spectacular spot in Oslo right on the water. The city is beautiful, and the waterfront life is vibrant and engaging. The best part of the trip was that my lovely wife Juliana flew in and joined the adventure, making everything even more special. We spent hours in the harbor swimming, jumping, and playing with the Norwegian locals, and it was a fantastic way to experience the culture and lifestyle firsthand.

Sauna Boats and Fjords
One of the most memorable experiences was the classic sauna boat adventure. We took our own private sauna barge out into the fjords, alternating between the warm sauna and jumping into the cold, refreshing water. Sauna, swim, sauna, swim, it was exhilarating and relaxing all at once.

Sno Norway: Indoor Winter Fun
We also visited Sno Norway, the world’s most spectacular indoor snow experience. The terrain park was massive, with runs far bigger and longer than we expected for an indoor facility. Brienne and I tried the Nova Ski, and I highly recommend it if you are visiting Oslo. After playing in the snow, we returned to the harbor for more swimming and kayaking.

Summer Park Adventure
Our last adventure in Oslo was Oslo Summer Park, a famous spot for rope climbing and obstacle courses. It was challenging, but the park is stunning, huge, and full of activities for every level. We climbed, balanced, and explored, soaking in the beauty and energy of the park.

Farewell Norway
Our time in Oslo wrapped up with smiles, laughter, and memories of fjords, snow, saunas, and adventure. Norway was an incredible chapter of our journey, and now we head off to Denmark for the next leg of our great global adventure.
